IANA is so excited to announce that our production of 'TWEED: A New Canadian Musical' was recently named the Best Independant Theatre Production of 2011 by BroadwayWorld.com! We could not be more honoured to have won this award, thank you so much to everyone who came out and supported the show! We have a very exciting season this year, and it just keeps getting better. We recently announced that our Brantford performances of ALECK BELL will take place at the beautiful Sanderson Centre. More venue details coming soon!

This season, IANA Theatre Company searched the country to find Canada’s most successful band ever to do a show about. What they found was STALKYARD HURTS. This mockumentary style musical follows the band on their 2012 reunion tour, as we learn about what brought them together, why they were such a success, and what eventually tore them apart. For the band that wrote such hits as 'LOVE' and 'SDRAWKCAB' the first backwards song ever to be performed live, why did they choose to end their most successful tour mid way through?
Fearing the end of the world, the band is doing one last concert of their biggest hits, and hopefully this time, they’ll make it to their big hometown show.
This fictional musical features all new Pop music in the style of ABBA and Fleetwood Mac, and features an incredible cast of Canadian Musical Theatre performers and comedians.

ALECK BELL tells the true life story of Alexander Graham Bell as he invents the telephone, falls in love, and struggles to keep his world afloat.
IANA created this show last season at the Marble Church and it was a resounding success! Using your favorite Canadian Pop Rock Music, an incredibly talented cast of nine sing, act, dance, and play the instruments as they lead you through this remarkable tale.
The show will be touring around Ontario next summer with a brand new set by David Butler, a beautiful new lighting design & additional costumes and much more!

GODSPELL! The Classic Broadway Musical is coming to Tweed!
Told almost entirely in song, GODSPELL tells the gospel of St. Matthew, in a modern time. The original off Broadway production become the longest in history at 2124 performances, and then ran on Broadway for 527.
